Our Process is simple, once we have taken or received a photo of your car, we then will send you a order receipt. Once a sketch is finished it will be e-mailed to you for your approval. We also will send you three additional e-mails that will show the process of your drawing, 4 e-mail photos altogether. If local, we will deliver, if not we will send it through the mail.
